Mix glitter with puzzle glue and paint on and old pair of heels that you buffed with a nail file, let first coat fully dry then keep adding more coats until you are satisfied with the glitter glam :) beats paying $150

I really want to decorate shoes with my niece Mia (she is a shoe fanatic. She’s a mini Imelda Marcos) but even though I know she would just go nuts and decorate them however she wanted - just like five year olds are want to do - but I need a bit more inspiration.
